Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every quotation, order and contract under which WI DESIGN LTD supplies custom manufacturing, advertising production, product design, POS displays, brand identity, merchandise, experiential marketing, commercial printing, packaging, installation, delivery and related services. 1. Definitions and contract basis

Contract means the accepted quotation, order, these Conditions and incorporated schedules. Artwork means supplied or approved copy, logos, images, drawings, files and specifications. Deliverables means agreed goods, designs, printed matter, packaging, displays, installation or services. A Contract arises on our written acceptance or commencement of Work. Your purchasing terms are excluded unless signed by our authorised director.

We will act with reasonable skill and care, based on the accepted quotation, customer instructions, approved artwork, applicable law, supplier information and normal trade practice. If requirements are unclear, inconsistent, technically unsuitable, unsafe, unlawful or likely to increase cost or delay, we may seek clarification and pause the affected Work. Any resulting rework, expediting, storage, supplier charge, variation or programme adjustment is payable by you. We keep appropriate records of instructions, approvals, production and delivery. This clause does not guarantee a particular creative, campaign, commercial or technical result, but supports dependable custom manufacture, advertising production, design, POS displays, merchandise, printing, packaging and experiential services.

order acceptance: commercial clause 2

This clause applies to order acceptance in relation to the relevant Project. We will act with reasonable skill and care, based on the accepted quotation, customer instructions, approved artwork, applicable law, supplier information and normal trade practice. You must provide complete, accurate and timely information, decisions, access and approvals. This clause applies to customer authority in relation to the relevant Project. This clause applies to artwork supply in relation to the relevant Project. Schedules

Advertising production deliverables, packaging artwork, POS fixtures, printed materials, event activations and installation work are supplied only to accepted specifications. You remain responsible for legal claims, labels, audience permissions, venue licences, product safety, brand authority and rights in supplied material. We may refuse or pause unlawful, unsafe, misleading or infringing work. Custom work is not returnable except for verified material non-conformity.

Governing law

The Contract and non-contractual obligations are governed by England and Wales law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
